Sales Policy
Wait List- there is no cost to be placed on our waiting list. This is not a commitment from you to purchase, but simply you requesting to be notified when kids are delivered to then have the option to put a deposit down. On occasion, mothers may not become pregnant, abort, or there may not be enough kids available for all the families on the waitlist. Waitlist will go in order as requests are made. Once kids are born we will notify families on the waitlist and they have the option to decline purchasing or make a choice of their kid with a deposit. Breeder always has first rights to any kid. Seller can at any time refuse to put a family on the waitlist if seller determines it would be in the best interest for all parties.
Deposit- a non refundable fee of $100 will be paid to hold kid of buyers choice. This deposit shall be applied to the final purchase price of kid. A refund will be given by seller only if kid is deemed unhealthy prior to leaving. A deposit can be transferred to a future breeding if buyer requests. Kids can be chosen by viewing them in person by appointment only, pictures, or videos sent by seller. Seller can at any time return a deposit and refuse the sale of a kid for any reason seller determines would be in the best interest for all parties and the kid. If an adult doe or buck is being purchased a deposit of 50% of the cost is due to hold the goat until pick up.
Prices- prices of goats will be determined based on conformation, genetics, potential, and performance records. Prices start at $500 for does and $100 for bucks and wethers.
Registration- kids will be sold with applications to ADGA, NDGA, and AGS. Paperwork will be given at the time of pick up for buyer to send in. Adult goats will come with signed transfer papers.
Guarantee- goats are guaranteed healthy at the time of pick up with no known health issues. Buyer assumes all responsibility of goat at the time of pick up. There are no refunds or returns after this point for any reason. Seller is not responsible for the health or well being of the goat after this point. Seller makes no guarantee in size, color, or conformation; only predictions based on genetics are made.
Health- Kids will have CDT, Coccidea prevention, hooves done, given probiotics & Replamin, and be wormed prior to leaving. A health record will be provided at the time of pick up of any procedures done like tattooing, disbudding, etc.
Final Purchase Price- any remaining balance after the deposit is due at pick up of the goat or the goat will be held from buyer until then. This price does not include any shipping or delivery charges.
Purchase Agreement- a purchase contract must be signed at time of pick up by buyer.
Boarding- you have until a kid is 9 weeks old to pick it up. If for some reason you are unable to do so by that time, we will be glad to hold your kid for a small boarding fee of $5.00 a day plus the price of any further vet appointments or meds that are needed in that time. Adult goats will need to be picked up in timely manner or pay a boarding fee.

Purchase Agreement

I am knowingly selling this animal as healthy with no known health issues. ________________ is assuming full responsibility at this time of purchase. No refunds or returns will be permitted.
If animal is being shipped or picked up by a different person other than the buyer, then the buyer takes full responsibility for that transportation.
This document represents the full agreement of both parties. Buyer and seller have not relied upon any representations not in this agreement. Buyer has no right to change or add anything to this contract in the signing process or after.
This agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Indiana.
